my mom and i went out to dinner tonight, and it turned into quite an experience! we were going to go to bjs, but it was packed. we went to lucilles, but there were people out the door there, too. so we find an asian restaurant that is korean bbq- one of our favorites. first off we walk in the door and it is graded as a "B," which kind of makes you wonder. so we take our seats, and we are the only whites people in there.i have never felt so white in my life! we ordered the short ribs, and they bring a plate of raw meat over, light the center of the table, and start to cook the meat. then they bring out 10 different little appetizers. they were so scary!!! but i tried them!!! ewww, they didnt taste too good- they were all pickled, and a little sour! i tried seaweed, and radish, and about 5 other things that were all really spicy or sour. but the meat was good---- but it was really fun, and a totally different culture. 
you can see that many of them were very bright and ..... interesting.... lookingoh, and the water was yellow

We go there ALL the time. wow i just felt REALLY asian right there. haha yeah whenever we go there my dad's the only full white person. it's soooo funny!
